International Conference: Jeju Naval Base and Peace in East Asia

“Crisis of Peace” which is caused by Jeju naval base construction is not the problem of Korea only. Many foreign journalists have been reporting conflicts over the naval base and activists and religious people from abroad have visited Gangjong village. Now Gangjong village became an international “Shrine of Peace”. So today, International Conference is held with those who have been struggling to retreat naval base construction and make sensible solutions. The forum is open to activists from both Korea and abroad. We ask for your interest and participation.
