[VISIT] 2010 Gwangju Sushil Pyakurel, Winner for the 2010 Gwangju Prize for Human Rights

On May 24th, Sushil Pyakurel, a former Commissioner of Nepal’s National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), visited PSPD. He won the 2010 Gwangju Prize for Human Rights. He told us his long and tougch way for democratization and truth in history. He emphasized human rights as a fundamental condition to fully fulfill peace.
